Whether you want a full ceremony and reception or a reception only, we will help you shape a day that reflects exactly who you are. The heritage architecture, the fireplaces, and the warmth of the space create a backdrop that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person. The fireplaces have been glowing for 150 years. The stained glass casts light across the Front Room in the morning. The copper bar has a way of making evenings feel significant.
Three ways to celebrate at VIDA
These are the three ways people choose to celebrate. Pick the one that feels right and we will shape everything else around you. A 50% deposit is due within 30 days of booking, with the balance due 7 days prior. Payment plans are available on request.

A fully licensed bar, your way
A minimum bar spend of $1,500 applies for full wedding and reception-only bookings. Choose how you would like to run it — or mix and match across the event.

Annie Johnstone is the owner of VIDA Warrnambool and an experienced marriage celebrant who has been creating heartfelt ceremonies for couples for over 10 years.
Known for her warmth, infectious energy, and genuine care, Annie works closely with every couple to create celebrations that feel deeply personal and true to their story. Whether she's officiating a wedding, hosting an event, or welcoming guests into VIDA, her passion lies in bringing people together and creating experiences that are remembered long after the day is over.

Food and Catering
There is no in-house kitchen and no obligation to use a specific caterer. VIDA gives you complete freedom to bring in whatever feels right for your day. Here are the ways couples choose to do it.

A generously styled spread of seasonal fruit, charcuterie, cheeses, crackers and accompaniments. Beautifully presented and ready when your guests arrive. Perfect for a cocktail hour, welcome graze, or late-night nibble.
